Owner, Live Oak HR

Robin is a certified Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience in the field and a BSBA in Human Resource Management.  She is passionate about what she does and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the workplace.  Robin excels in communication, relationship building, and creating a positive company culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.  She enjoys building relationships and connecting employees to the business mission and values.

Robin has versatile experience in different types of industries and HR environments including small business and corporate HR.  Her experience includes progressing roles as Sr. HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager.  She is passionate about the positive impact HR can have on a business and its people.
